Finding Father
When I was but a young child I grew up not having a father in my life. I remember the longing I had in my heart thinking if I only had a dad.
Through those difficult years I turned to our ABBA Father and imagined Him as my Father. Most all my life my heart was set seeking Him. Our ELOHIYM, Our ABBA Father.
Many years later your brother went through a terrible divorce. The ex took my only son and daughter a left and never saw my son from the age 3 till he turned 18.
It was 1998 when my son started seeking me out and found his father.
That day when we spoke on the phone for the first time hearing his voice in 18 years my heart was over joyed to say the least.
I knew how I missed having a father growing up and could only imagine how he felt struggling with the same feelings though the years.
After we spoke and made plans to spend time with each other I sat down at the piano and composed this melody I named Finding Father.
I hope you enjoy this musical piece your brother composed 25 years ago.
