YAHUAH, His NAME With Descriptive Titles of Who He Is

YAHUAH has several titles in Scripture, His NAME with many compounds that are descriptive of who HE is and HIS character, what attributes he possesses, and what he does for us. 

For instance, YAHUAH YIREH, YAHUAH will Provide; YAHUAH RAPHA, YAHUAH that Heals; YAHUAH NISSIY, YAHUAH our Banner; YAHUAH SHALOM; YAHUAH our Peace, YAHUAH RAAH, YAHUAH my Shepherd; YAHUAH TSIDQENU, YAHUAH our Righteousness; and YAHUAH SHAMMAH, YAHUAH is Present.

YAHUAH-YIREH = “YAHUAH will Provide” or “I AM Will Provide”

And the angel of YAHUAH called unto him out of the heavens, and said, Avraham, Avraham: and he said, Here am I.

And he said, Lay not your hand upon the lad, neither do you anything unto him: for now I know that you fear ELOHIYM, seeing you have not withheld your son, your yachiyd from me.

And Avraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Avraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.

And Avraham called the name of that place YAHUAH YIREH: as it is said to this day, In the Mount of YAHUAH it shall be seen. 

BERE’SHIYTH (GENESIS) 22:11-14

YAHUAH ROPHE’KA (RAPHA) = “YAHUAH Who Heals”

And said, If you will diligently hearken to the voice of YAHUAH ELOHAYKEM, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will give ear to his commandments, and guard all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought upon the Mitsriym: for I am YAHUAH ROPHE’KA.

YAHUAH NICCIY (NISSI) = “YAHUAH My Banner”

And Mosheh built an altar, and called the name of it YAHUAH NICCIY:

YAHUAH MEQODDISHKEM = “YAHUAH Who Sanctifies You”

Speak also unto the children of Yisrael, saying, Truly my Shabbathoth ye shall guard: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am YAHUAH MEQODDISHKEM. 

SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 31:13

YAHUAH SHALOM = “YAHUAH Is Peace”

And when Gid’on perceived that he was an angel of YAHUAH, Gid’on said, Alas, O ADONAI YAHUAH! for because I have seen an angel of YAHUAH face to face.

And YAHUAH said unto him, Peace be unto you; fear not: you shall not die.

Then Gid’on built an altar there unto YAHUAH, and called it YAHUAH SHALOM: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Aviy Ha-Ezriym.

YAHUAH TSEVA’OTH (SABAOTH) = “YAHUAH of Hosts”

YAHUAH TSEVA’OTH is with us; the ELOHAI of Ya’aqov is our refuge. Celah. 

TEHILLIYM (PSALMS) 46:7

Note: the (TSEVA’OTH) = “hosts” are the army of Messengers who serve YAHUAH.

YAHUAH RAAH = “YAHUAH My Shepherd”

YAHUAH is my Shepherd; I shall not want. 

TEHILLIYM (PSALMS) 23:1

YAHUAH TSIDQENU = “YAHUAH Our Righteousness”

Behold, the days come, says YAHUAH, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

In his days Yahudah shall be saved, and Yisrael shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, YAHUAH TSIDQENU. 

YIRMEYAHU (JEREMIAH) 23:5-6

YAHUAH SHAMMAH = YAHUAH is There (Present)

It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, YAHUAH SHAMMAH. 

YECHEZQ’EL (EZEKIEL) 48:35

BLESS YAHUAH, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

Bless YAHUAH, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases;

Who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

Who satisfies your mouth with good things; so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

YAHUAH executes righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
